Privacy Policy

Data collected

When you use the contact form, the following data is collected: name, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message. If you book an appointment via the integrated booking tool (Google Calendar), the information you enter (name, email, chosen time slot) is sent directly to Google Calendar to manage the appointment. While browsing, audience-measurement data (pages visited, referral source, device) is also collected via Google Analytics. No other personal data is collected without your knowledge.

Purpose of processing

This data is used to respond to your contact request or free project analysis request, to organize an appointment, and to measure site traffic in order to improve it. It is never sold, shared, or used for unsolicited commercial purposes.

Recipients and processors

Contact-form data is processed by Pixel Étincelle only. Appointment-booking data is processed by Google Calendar (Google Ireland Ltd.), in accordance with its own privacy policy. Browsing data is processed by Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may transfer data outside the European Union under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Site hosting is provided by Hostinger International Ltd. (see the legal notice).

Retention period

Contact-form data is kept for as long as needed to process your request, then deleted or securely archived if a business relationship is established. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months, in accordance with CNIL (French data protection authority) guidelines.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to withdraw your cookie consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact me at aurore.wenger@pixel-etincelle.com.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. This tool sets cookies subject to your consent (a banner is shown on your first visit). You can change your preferences or decline these cookies at any time, without affecting your ability to browse the site. Only strictly necessary technical cookies, not subject to consent, are used in addition for the site to function (remembering your preferences, form security).

Security

Reasonable technical measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with your own country's equivalent authority if you are located outside France.
